For nearly 30 years, Westmar Realty has served the Richmond and Metro Vancouver market with dedication and exceptional results. Established in 1989, then merging with a Macdonald Realty franchise in 1998, Westmar has been home to many notable real estate agents throughout the years — well-respected Realtors who found their footing and rose to success with us.

Westmar was a key contributor and Lead Sponsor for the annual Ride for Refuge fundraiser which raised $145,000. Westmar broker Seyon Kim has contributed to Journey Home Community as a volunteer and executive board member for his entire 16+ years as a realtor.
Meds for Kids
As the Title Sponsor for this golf tournament fundraiser, Westmar’s community reach extends beyond borders. Meds for Kids honours the legacy of Dr. Pablo Abella, a pediatrician who wanted to aid children in the Philippines with funds for life-saving medication. Westmar realtor Emma Co has been donating her time and efforts to organizing this cause.
Homes for the Holidays
Westmar is proud to be a sponsor for the 18th annual Homes for the Holidays and Take A Hike Foundation in support of youth mental health. Explore UBC’s Cecil Green Park House, decorated by five award-winning interior design teams with professional florists and home décor retailers, all while making a positive impact on youth mental health.
