Richard has called Vancouver home since the 1980s. His extensive international experience living and working abroad has given him a unique perspective on people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. As a REALTOR®, he combines that global perspective with in-depth local market knowledge to help clients make informed real estate decisions with confidence.

In his capacity as a REALTOR®, Richard has had the privilege of assisting clients from diverse backgrounds in achieving their real estate goals. As a dedicated family man and property investor, he has personally acquired multiple properties for his family over the years. This firsthand experience gives him a practical understanding of the goals, challenges, and concerns his clients face throughout their real estate journey. Before entering real estate, Richard built a distinguished career in the mobile technology industry, founding a company that grew into a global leader before being acquired by a leading global mobile manufacturer. He worked with industry leaders, including Google, Facebook, Samsung, Nokia, while also serving as a trusted advisor to mobile technology companies worldwide. Throughout his career, he received numerous international awards and industry recognition from Google, Nokia, and other leading global organizations. Earlier in his career, Richard also held production roles with major media companies in Vancouver and Hong Kong.
