Arthur Chow has carried out consulting for over 15,000 single family residences and for over 450 major multi-family condominium projects, master residential communities, recreational properties, mixed – use commercial projects and industrial properties.
Since 2010 Arthur has sold over 250 properties (single family dwellings and condominium units) valued at over $125+ million. Arthur has received numerous awards including being in the Top Producers Club in 2012 and 2013 and recipient of numerous other awards including Presidents Round Table and Sales Achievement Club.
Arthur specializes in providing market evaluations, highest and best use studies, feasibility studies, identifying target markets, analysis of building and floor plans, amenity selection, competition analysis, optimum pricing, absorption studies, designing marketing brochures and carrying out a full range of advertising campaigns in order to create high impact sales programs for single family dwellings, condominium units and multi-family condominium projects.
In addition Arthur has extensive experience in site analysis and selection, acquisition, project design and project marketing of “market driven” projects consisting of single family residences, multi-family residential, commercial and industrial real estate properties. Arthur has the expertise in identifying and acquiring properties where there is an immediate upside potential and in identifying holding and income producing properties where value can be added by redeveloping the property to its highest and best use under the current zoning or rezoning will provide investors and developers with a maximum return on their investment.
